• The Likal platform is designed to allow any community minded individual to develop their own community media site.No special technical skills are needed.
• Costs start from as little as £40pm.

Non Commercial Use

• If you are an individual or group who simply want to do something good locally, you can a Likal for as little as £40pm plus £1pm per 1000 population.. We DO NOT require evidence of charitable or other special status.
• You ARE allowed to make revenue to cover costs - i.e. Likal fees plus out of pocket expenses for those involved in the project.
• If you find yourself making more, we simply ask that you upgrade to a Franchise basis (initial fee waived) OR state to us that all excess income will be donated to local charities.

Commercial Use - Franchises

• IF you are business minded then a Likal is an excellent platform for building a wonderful lifestyle business with a good professional income.
• YOU should be a person who loves your community and wants to help build it.
• You should be willing to write, photograph and film as needed, or have keen people who are willing to help in these areas.
• We can provided fully managed Likals, allowing you to concentrate on the Content and Sales aspects.
• You can start part time, to build your local content over a few weeks/months, but when you decide to launch, from then on it does need full time attention, fromn you, or an employee.
• Franchises are EXCLUSIVE areas.
• Note - This is NOT a get rich opportunity. You can get comfortable, but if money is your main motive, Likal probably isn't for you.

• Initial £30 per 1000 population for the first 6 months, to include training and set up. Minimum £1000.
• This fee covers our costs in establishing you, and gives you six months in which to ready your site for launch. You may well do so faster, but 6 months means that even if you currently have a busy job abd family etc, you can find the time you need.
• Support and technical management fee (all the tech stuff) - £100pm plus £2pm per 1000 population. Payable after first 6 months.
