A joint clamp down on illegal parking is to start tonight in Gloucester city centre between council civil enforcement officers and the police.

The move is aimed at helping taxi drivers pick up revellers leaving clubs in Eastgate Street.

56-year-old Eileen Keating from Cheltenham was last seen at the Angel Vaults Public House on Port Street in Evesham late yesterday evening, Thursday September 2.

It’s thought that she had decided to walk to her home in Cheltenham but has not been seen since.

TOWER TOURS
Our Tower Tours start again on Easter Saturday and Easter Monday with tours at 11.30am, 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
Tickets £3.00 children £1.00
Normal tour times are:
Wednesdays to Fridays 2.30pm
Saturdays and Bank Holidays 1.30pm and 2.30pm. During school holidays, additional tours will take place on Mondays and Tuesdays at 2.30pm.
