Seafood to kill for :-)
My local - I don't drink there as I'm not much of a drinker - but if I want some good seafood - the best ever seafood rissotto - (or luxury pancakes) it's where I go. I also take my out of town visitors there.
Last time I wanted a light bite so went for the seafood soup. Instead of the usual broth with a couple of tiny morsels floating about, out came this rich creamy dish just about solid with mussels, fish, shrimps etc. Excellent.

Excellent and expert drinks shop.
I asked for Green label unchillfiltered Poit Dhubh and while he didn't have any, he ordered it and told me to come back in a week. Normally I can only get it in London or Scotland. (If you are a whisky drinker, and like smooth styles, you'll love this one. Around £33 a bottle.)
Summary - if, like me, you like your drink to moderate in quantity but superb in quality, this is the place to go. Best beers, cracking ciders, wonderful wines etc.
