MIKE TINDALL will lead Gloucester into their opening Guinness Premiership match of the 2008-9 season on Sunday aiming for their seventh successive first round victory.

GLOUCESTER will get a flying start to the new Guinness Premiership season on Sunday - when the Red Devils drop into Kingsholm ahead of their game against Leicester.

THIS may not have been an exact replica of the Guinness Premiership but at least Gloucester can meet Leicester next weekend in a positive frame of mind following this victory over Glasgow.

MIKE TINDALL will lead Gloucester into their final pre-season game against Glasgow Warriors at Kingsholm tomorrow (2pm).
