Still waiting for the Charger bit... i ordered it from Hong Kong since it was cheaper... could do with it lol sometimes i leave my walkman in my car playing all day whilst at work lol.... Anyhow looking forward to finishing the job off... not looked to getting leather yet... one doesn't really know where to start

I noticed that this week the EU have agreed  to bring in a common standard for refilling hydrogen fuelled cars.  This I have to say is great news... Especially if your French... sadly it should be great news for us, but alas its not... because the govt is short sighted or doesn’t have the guts..

The Committee on Culture and Education of the European Parliament has published a report on concentration and pluralism in the media in the European Union: http://www.europarl.europa.eu/meetdocs/2004_2009/documents/pr/712/712320/712320en.pdf. For simple folk like me, that means regulating blogs.

The European Parliament has adopted proposals under which British citizens could be convicted by foreign courts in their absence for traffic, credit card or other criminal offences.

Not blessed by the weather, today I was out delivering leaflets regarding the proposed housing development on green belt land at Whaddon (on the outskirts of Tuffley, Gloucester). Under the terms of the Proposed Changes to the Draft Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS), prepared by the Government Office for the South West, 1500 new homes will be constructed for the Stroud District.

I stayed up to watch Sarah Palin's speech to the Republican National Convention last night.

A friend asked me today if I had moved."You what?" I replied."No 67 Baby No 67"AGAIN - "You What?"

The other day I decided I wanted to install a docking station / cradle for my Sony Walkman into my Jaguar XJ (1998) so I could listen to the music on it rather than the six CDs in the disk changer.. that incidentally I've not changed much in the last year or so...
